Hi, I’m Emily and I’m the proud owner of The Boozie Brownie Co! Our aim is very simple, to bring a smile to people's faces through brownies... All of the brownies are handbaked in small batches at my small bakery in rural Herefordshire using high quality ingredients, and an optional splash of boozieness.

A colleague sent some brownies to my husband and luckily he shared them. I have never tasted such gorgeously delicious brownies – nothing has come close to these. I will be ordering some for myself and friends, and recommending to friends and family.

My friend sent me a surprise Black Forest brownie to cheer me up through lockdown. I loved the pretty packaging and wow wee the brownie was absolutely delicious – best I have ever had!
